Elderflower panna cotta
Contain: cereals, milk
- Dip the panna cotta container into warm water to release it from the container, gently working it away from the sides with a spatula. Tip the container to drain any melted panna cotta (holding your fingers over to stop it from falling out) then carefully tip onto the middle of a plate
- Place the Champagne jelly, strawberry gel, fresh strawberrie and caramelised pastry around the panna cotta.
- Finish with the lemon balm on the top.
