Heritage tomato salad, basil and bocconcini
Elements to the dish
- Remove the bocconcini from the fridge 15 minutes before eating.
- Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, olive oil and the basil then leave to marinade for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the tomatoes in a bowl place the bocconcini on top of the tomatoes, finish with any juice from the tomatoes over the bocconcini.
