Valrhona chocolate fondant

Contain: milk, soya
- Remove the fondant from the container onto a plate. Microwave for 20 seconds to warm through (careful not to overheat) or warm in the oven at 180°C for 2-3 minutes.
- Pipe the coulis into the centre of the plate.
- Spoon the 100's & 1000's and the cherries round the outside of the sauce.
- Carefully transfer the fondant from the plate onto the coulis.
